Cosmetic Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. This applies to all skincare products once the seal has been broken.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

Every return request is reviewed individually by Maison PUR'T. We are committed to finding the right solution for each situation.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@maisonpurt.com or WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange, contact our Concierge within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and the reason for exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. As all orders are cash on delivery, refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile payment upon confirmation.
