Returns are accepted for unopened products within 7 days of delivery, or for damaged, incorrect or undelivered orders. Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

No. Your photo is processed instantly for shade analysis only and is automatically deleted afterwards. It is never stored, shared or reused.
