Eligible Refunds

Non-refundable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to all skincare products once the seal has been broken.

Individual Review

Every refund or return request is reviewed individually by our team. We are committed to responding within 24 hours and finding the right solution for each situation.

Refund Process

As all Maison PUR'T orders are cash on delivery, eligible refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile payment (CIH, Attijariwafa, Orange Money, etc.) within 5 business days of return confirmation.
